How quickly can you provide us with the necessary information? Your website can be set up in about four to eight weeks from signing up and agreeing to the terms of service. To produce your website promptly, we need to receive your down payment, signed contracts, relevant content to your business (including pricing, rules, and regulations), your existing student spreadsheet, and any photos you want used on your website.
You will be given a list to complete when we start the process. Consider this your homework assignment. The sooner you get it done, the sooner your website can go live!
Yes. You know your business and what information you must display for your customers. We never want to limit your ability to promote your business.
For instance, you could have us program a form for employment opportunities, CDL, or a page devoted to your driving simulator. The options are endless. Just contact your navigator or our support staff, and we will provide you with a quote for the additional pages. We're happy to make your site just the way you want it!
No. That's the beauty of this software. It's all web-based, so you can modify your site anywhere you have a computer, tablet, or phone as long as you have internet access.
Yes. It's recommended that you use our preferred merchant vendor because the software is already designed to use their API to process credit cards on our sites. There are monthly fees for processing credit cards, and rates may vary for various reasons. You will receive all pricing and fee quotes before moving forward.
No, but it does limit the software from doing its job properly. Customers prefer to take care of business all at once if they can. By having them bring in a check, cash flow is delayed, and it is a manual process to log the cash or check payments on the student account. When you take credit cards, the payment is automatically logged to the correct student account, and the money is on its way to your bank account. We've heard from customers that once they took credit cards, parents paid in full for services rather than the minimum deposit required. We recommend you have your merchant account, and we can certainly set that up for you.
Yes, you can, but we will need access to your website. We need to host your site on our servers and set up the relevant pages that are propagated by data from the software. You may continue to have FTP access to your site; however, if you break something in the code while making your own revisions, we will charge you to fix it.
We strongly encourage you to call us immediately if you have caused something to stop working on the public side. No scheduling software code access is available, so there is no need to worry about breaking this.
We can also create a website that takes your favorite parts of your old website with the best parts of our software to create your dream website!
We prefer that you use a domain-based email address. For instance, if your business website address is www.XYZDrivingschool.com, you and your employees should have email accounts such as YourName@XYZdrivingschool.com. We want you to market your driving school's website with every email you send. Why would you want to promote Gmail? We provide virus-scanned, spam-filtered, domain-based email for your business. Plus, you can set it up on your smartphone, Outlook, or Thunderbird.
We'll take care of it for you. Registering a domain can be tricky. The registrars make every effort to upsell you along the way for things you don't need. Our company will host your site, enter all server information, and handle your email setup. Just leave domain registration to us. What a 15-minute process is for us could waste an hour or more of valuable time for someone not familiar with the process. All domains are registered with Network Solutions.
Yes, all domains you request are registered in your business's name. We are the administrative and technical contacts on your account. When your domain is up for renewal, we will also take care of that and bill you the cost. You never need to worry about your domain expiring. All domains are registered at least 5-year intervals to get the best value for you.
Yes, our websites and software are designed to be cross-compatible with Macs or PCs and browser compatible with Google, Safari, Firefox, etc.

Yes. If you want to set the software to limit the number of days between driving lessons, it can do so. Whether it is two days or five days between drive times allowed, you can determine those numbers.
Yes! Many sections of your site are considered dynamic, meaning they pull data from the back-end scheduling software and automatically fill in the information on your public site. These sections include FAQs, Classroom Schedules, Rules and Regulations, Resources, Locations, and more. Most of the other pages in the site can be easily changed using our Webpage Manager tool. This gives you control over adding just the right content to your website whenever you'd like!
No. The software is designed to give you the flexibility to grow your business, allowing you to add unlimited students, instructors, and locations.
Yes, of course. We'll want you to get in touch with a developer from our staff. We can discuss what type of data you'd like pulled for your report and what it will entail.
Yes. You may set up as many districts/regions as you need. The software will propagate the public front-end site to include all the school districts you cover.
Yes, it looks great on an iPad, too. Just think. Suppose you provided your instructors with a tablet in the car. In that case, they could take attendance and update the students' performance before they even pull back into the office-everything up-to-date for you or the parents.

Because this is a web-based application, your students can schedule drive times any where there is internet access such as school, the library, or a friend's house. Like you, your students have no extra software to download, purchase, or learn. They simply login to their account where they can access all their account information.

Software Support
Modifying the services on your website is simple. Log in to your software account (as the administrator) and select the "Manage Services" link on the main page of your Administrator Center. From here, you can add, edit, and delete any services your driving school offers.
If a student forgets their password, they can click the "Forgot your password?" link, which will send an email to the account on file. Once the student clicks the link in the email, they will be prompted to enter their username and new password, resetting their account password.
This feature is not displayed on the public website. Once you log into your student account, you will see available and reserved sessions.
Yes, we have videos to help you, but we believe having a trainer teach you hands-on is better. We provide refresher videos and have people in office answering phone calls from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday for any extra help you might need.
Our typical hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 CST. However, if you have an emergency after hours, simply call our office and select the option "4" on our messaging software. Your call will be transferred to one of our account managers. If you should leave a voicemail, we will also receive an email notification of your message, so there is no fear that it won't be listened to until the following business day. You may also email your question; as business owners like you, we are probably working on the weekends, too.

No, but you can experience all the software has to offer and ask any questions you have when you schedule a test drive! After completing a test drive, we will send you the link to our demo website, so you have a chance to experiment with our software.
Nothing! It is our way of continually providing outstanding service to our clients. We want you to be happy. Anytime we can improve our software, we want everyone to share in the upgrades at no cost.
Website hosting is included with your monthly invoice; there will be no extra cost. If you do not have more than ten monthly registrations, we will charge you an additional $50$ per month for a hosting fee.
Invoices are sent on or about the first of the month. You may pay any invoice by mailing a check to us or using a credit or debit card in your Admin Center by clicking the link "Pay Your Invoice."
Yes. Because the per-student cost is so low and the value of the software so high, it will be easy for you to justify an increase in the per-student cost and use this to generate additional income for your business. You will be the best judge of what your geographic location will support for the up-charge.

Yes. We'd be happy to give a presentation at your conference. We require a minimum of 100 participants and a mailing list of your attendees. We can negotiate the amount of time but to properly demonstrate the features of the software, we need a minimum of one hour on the agenda. We would also request a booth space we can occupy to answer any questions. We prefer to present mid-morning if your agenda permits, as we find people enjoy asking us lots of questions about their websites throughout the day. There is no fee to you for having us present at your conference.
Yes, you bet we can. We have several themes for you to choose from, and you can make custom changes to these websites. If you have something fully custom in mind, we can design your unique website for an additional fee. Ask your trainer for more details or a quote today!
Absolutely! When signing up, you can select the preferred package, and we will help you set up and link your Google Business, Facebook, and Instagram to your new website.
Yes, we would prefer you use your images of your driving school. It creates a more customized look for your website. Just let us know which photos belong on which page and how you would like the images to appear. If you don't have usable photos, we have a variety of stock photo options for you to choose from.
